Parros ‘feels good and confident’ on a return

George Parros suffered his second concussion this season in a fight against New York Islanders forward Eric Boulton on December 14th, 2013. Parros recently met with concussion specialists in Ann Arbor, Michigan and was stuck in Michigan for longer than expected because of a snowstorm in which he jokingly attributed his headaches for,

“It was a great trip ! There were plenty of flights canceled due to the snowstorm. This is probably why I had headaches , ” he exclaimed.

Parros told TVA sports that he feels good and confident on his return to the ice and is worried about the previous concussion that happened in the first game of the season.

“Yes, this is my second such injury this season, but I feel good and I’m confident to return to the game…I ‘m not worried in spite of what took place before.”

Parros said he is improving and is skating but has not yet been cleared for contact.
