Bulldogs Extend Nathan McIver to Another 25-Game PTO

The Hamilton Bulldogs have extended defenceman Nathan McIver to another AHL 25 game professional try-out with the Bulldogs. McIver has 1 assist and 38 penalty minutes in 15 games so far this season.

In 15 games with Hamilton this season, McIver has recorded one assist and 38 penalty minutes. The 28-year-old spent the 2012-2013 season with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. In 62 regular season games with Bridgeport, the Summerside, Prince Edward Island native recorded five points (one goal, four assists) and 287 penalty minutes. The 6’2”, 195-pound defenceman was originally selected by the Vancouver Canucks in the eighth round (254th overall) in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
